To ping in Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed, all you need to do is press the Right Stick if you are on PlayStation, Xbox, or using a controller on PC. Meanwhile, keyboard and mouse players can quickly press the Mouse Scroll (also known as the Middle Mouse button). A marker will pop out wherever you are pointing and its color will change, depending on what it is marking and revealing which room it is located in.
- Red marker: That means you or your friend has just pinged a Ghost.
- Blue marker: It marks items that can be possessed by the Ghost.
- Grey marker: Indicating all other points of interest, including collectibles.
