Forspoken is a fantasy action RPG set to release on PC and PlayStation 5 on January 24, 2023. PlayStation 5 players can get a taste of gameplay early by playing the Forspoken demo available now.
Where to download the Forspoken Demo
To play the Forspoken demo, go to the PlayStation 5 store, then search Forspoken. The demo should appear and be available to download. After downloading, you should be able to experience a bit of gameplay in the magical world of Athia.
You can also add the Forspoken demo to your PlayStation library by going to the PlayStation Store Forspoken website page. Click add to library, and the game demo should become available when downloaded from the library on your PlayStation 5.
Forspoken puts players in the shoes of Frey Holland, a woman who is transported from New York to a fantasy world where she must find a way to return home while surviving the tyrannical rule of the Tantas. Frey utilizes magic spells and her sentient bracer Cuff to traverse the lands and discover secrets about her new world.
Gameplay focuses on fluid movement, an extensive list of unique spells, and threats everywhere in the open-world setting. Players in the demo should be able to get a feel for the basic mechanics of the game and learn a little about Frey.
