Quahaug is a young clairvoyant who lives in the Wolffort demesne. After he receives a vision of himself fighting for House Wolffort, he offers his talents to Serenoa. He’s one of three characters (along with Decimal and Giovanna) who’s difficult to get your first playthrough because of the conviction strength you need for all three alignments.

To get Quahaug, your Utility level needs to be really, really high—much higher than your Morality and Liberty, which need to be pretty high as well. Using Quietuses, collecting spoils, selling items, and deploying recommended units are some ways you can raise Utility.

However, the things that raise this conviction the most are providing utilitarian answers during dialogue prompts and choosing yellow paths when you consult the Scales of Conviction.

Quahaug is a time mage with excellent, well, utility. He can speed up allies, revert their statuses to their previous turn’s, and even stop everybody but himself from moving. Quahaug can also teleport allies to nearby tiles regardless of its height. A speed or HP build is recommended.
