With the release of Persona 4 Arena Ultimax on PC, a host of bugs and errors have affected the game. Most of these aren’t game-breaking, but issues from sound errors, to issues loading the game, and online connectivity problems have all been reported. But how do you officially report these bugs so the developers will hear about them and be able to fix them?

There are currently two avenues to officially report bugs for Persona 4 Arena Ultimax. The first is to head to the Steam Discussion page where ATLUS West has posted an official bug thread. Here, the development team is logging bugs and taking technical information from players to try and help them with their issues.

The second option is to open a ticket with Sega support. Sega is the publisher of the game and has a dedicated category in their support ticket system.

To submit a ticket to Sega, head to their Support site and select Submit a Request. Select Sega & ATLUS games and specify Persona on the list. Then submit your report.

Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is a unique and extremely fun fighting game with a visual novel-style story mode. But the teething problems with the PC version are obvious. If the developers receive official bug reports, it’s more likely they’ll be able to fix the problems and make the game more accessible for everyone.
