Much to the surprise of lots of horror game fans, Dead by Daylight released the Hooked on You dating-sim-slash-visual-novel parody spin-off. Instead of running away from four horrifying Killers: The Trapper, Spirit, Huntress, or Wraith, as you can expect your main goal is to romance them in Hooked on You. This guide will help you romance and eventually clear the Wraith route for the True Ending in Hooked on You dating sim.

Wraith is a shy and awkward, if a bit mysterious, Killer. Nevertheless, once he got closer to someone he can trust, he will open up and show his true color. He also loves his grandmother very much which will come up down the road. With that out of the way, let’s take a look at how you should proceed on the Wraith’s route.

Day One Wraith Guide

The opening questions until you decided where you want to go don’t matter. But once a question about ice cream flavors shows up, that’s the cue for you to follow these answers to get into Wraith’s route:

  • Ice cream flavor: “Mint Chip”; otherwise you’ll get an early Bad Ending
  • Go to the “Pool”
  • “Goggles and snorkel”
  • Pick “Hands off” and don’t remove his shirt, I mean come on, this is still Day One in the island

Do well in the Pool minigame where you have to find Wraith underwater and you will impress him. Then pick “Have some fun.” Another minigame, the Meat Carving one, will appear. Clear it then choose “I’m sorry.” Continue on with the scenario:

  • Say “No”
  • When Wraith allows you to hold his bell, pick “Hold the bell delicately”
  • Pick “Wraith” to be the one who tells the story at the fire pit
  • The “Ask about the story”
  • Wraith will ask you about the man from his story, pick “I would forgive him” and then say “Yes”
  • Pick “Wraith” to accompany you at the fire pit

Day Two Guide to Romance Wraith in Hooked on You

  • Claudette and Dwight will ask you about the island, choose whatever
  • Pick “Wraith”
  • He will take you to his secret hideout for the date, choose “Break the silence”
  • Be honest and choose “I have no idea”
  • Pick “Mix those potions!”
  • Then pick “I remember my grandmother”
  • Break the tension by picking the “What the table’s for” and “Smile”
  • Do well on the Cornhole minigame to impress him
  • Now it’s a Truth or Dare, pick:
  • “Dare”
  • It seems the second dialogue options don’t really affect the route so you can pick whichever
  • “Show me something”
  • Back on the beach, shoo Spirit by picking “You’re a hypocrite”
  • Say “You had a great time” when you’re back with the group
  • At the fire pit, choose “Adventure” as the story theme, “You were just kidding”, then “Personal” story
  • After your turn, pick “Wraith” again to be the one who tells a story
  • Then pick “Wraith” once more
  • “Ask what’s wrong”, and when he responds, pick “Suggest throwing a frisbee”
  • Choose “Hug him” when Wraith had a breakdown
  • End the day by picking any other Killers to eliminate except for Wraith

Day Three Guide – Hooked on You Wraith Route

  • “Dare”

  • It seems the second dialogue options don’t really affect the route so you can pick whichever

  • “Show me something”

  • Confess to him by giving the flowers to “Wraith”

  • Tell him “You could never disappoint me”

Pick up the Gold Coins and then you’ll be tasked with finding Wraith’s Bell. You need to go to the Black Lighthouse, Huntress’ Cabin, and Trapper’s Cave, but the order doesn’t matter:

  • At the Black Lighthouse, pick whatever when you run into Trickster
  • At the Huntress’ Cabin, tell Huntress “You’re pranking Wraith” then clear the minigame
  • At the Trapper’s Cave, ignore the voice, “Look around the cave,” and take the Gold Coin. But do not look further when the game asks you to. You then can “Bribe” or tell him “You’re pranking Wraith” to get out of there.
  • Lastly, play the minigame with Spirit to get Wraith’s bell.
  • Then select “What are we finishing?”

Afterward, you will meet with Wraith’s grandma, Grandma Abi. Impress her by clearing the minigame and answering her questions properly, so choose:

  • “A statue of a horse”
  • “Cactus”
  • Pick whatever game you want to play with Grandma Abi

At the end of the game, for getting the Wraith’s True Ending, pick “Accept Wraith’s Love.” And that’s it, you’re done with Wraith’s route in the Hooked on You dating sim spin-off!
