Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 is back with a new set of Resistance Quests. Players need to complete these challenges to help the Resistance combat the Imagined Order’s invasion. One of the Week 6 Resistance missions tasks the player to eliminate IO guards to collect their credentials and deliver them to The Imagined.
In a similar fashion to the previous Resistance missions, this quest is triggered only after establishing a Device Uplink in Synapse Station. Once completed, a voice-over will start, with The Imagined instructing you to first eliminate an IO guard to collect their credentials.
Players need to eliminate only one IO guard to collect their credentials. The ideal location to do this would be near Rocky Reels, as it is the closest POI to Synapse Station, with the IO patrolling the area constantly. After getting eliminated, the IO guard will automatically drop the credentials. Simply walk up to one, and click the Interact button to collect it.
Where to deliver IO credentials in Fortnite
After completing this, travel to The Joneses POI to deliver the credentials to The Imagined. Once in the POI, the general area of where to deliver them will be marked on the map with exclamation marks. Walk up to it, and hit the Interact Button to complete the quest. Refer to the map below for the exact location of where to deliver them.
Upon completion, the next stage of the Resistance Quests will be unlocked, and players will be granted 24,000 XP.
