Selling items is a mechanic in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 DMZ that enables players to sell various items for a small profit, including random objects or contraband weaponry. While exploring the DMZ map of Al Mazrah, players will come upon a miscellany of objects that cannot be used for combat, such as light bulbs, laptops, car batteries, and even toothpaste. These items cannot be stored after extraction, but performing an exfil with such loot in one’s inventory will net users a solid chunk of XP. Conversely, there will be players who opt to sell these items instead for cash that can be used to purchase weapons from their loadouts, helpful gear, and more.

Selling Items in Warzone 2.0 DMZ

To sell items in Warzone 2.0 DMZ, players must visit points of interest known as Buy Stations, which appear as small locked crates but will unfold once interacted with. To find a Buy Station, combatants can open their in-game map and look for shopping icons dotted across the DMZ world.

How to Exfil in Warzone 2 DMZ

Keep in mind that interacting with a Buy Station will leave players vulnerable to ambushes or sniper fire. Moreover, there is no restriction on camping these points of interest, so combatants should always approach Buy Stations with caution whenever they find one that has already been opened. According to YouTuber Boltron, the stock of consumables and gear available for purchase will be shared across players, meaning that once a Stronghold Key or Gas Mask has been bought from a station, it will no longer offer these items until the match has ended.

As for selling items at Buy Stations in Warzone 2.0 DMZ, players can earn a decent amount of cash by removing random objects that take up excess inventory space. However, it is recommended that players avoid roleplaying as a “pack rat” and selling items at Buy Stations only once their backpack has been completely filled. While it might be satisfying to see one’s total cash go up, staying at these shops is always a risky activity. The longer players remain at a Buy Station selling or buying items, the higher the risk of being ambushed.

Warzone 2.0 is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
