If you’re someone who likes to have the TV volume low while playing or just want to get a visualization of the dialogue in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, you might want to turn on subtitles. Turning on subtitles is actually pretty easy, but it’s just a matter of knowing where to look.
To turn on subtitles, you will first have to go to the Settings and find the Interface tab. Once you do that, scroll over to the Interface section, and make sure that you are looking at the top of the page.
From here, all you will have to do is set Subtitles to Enabled, and you should be good to go. You can also change the size of the subtitles to either Regular or Large and modify the Subtitle Backing Opacity.
