Want to know how to unlock Kraken in Bayonetta 3? As you progress through each new chapter and verse in the story of Bayonetta 3, you will have to use many mechanics and improve your skills. But moving further, just being a skilled player is no longer enough. You’ll have to constantly switch weapons to pick up the perfect combination of attacks for each opponent. But you should also use the Infernal Demon mechanic more often and summon more powerful creatures. One of the strongest and time consuming to get is the Kraken Infernal Demon, and our guide will help you unlock it.
How to Unlock Kraken in Bayonetta 3
Like any other demon or weapon in the game, you can unlock the Kraken in Bayonetta 3 by going through a definite game stage. In particular, you must reach Phenomenal Remnant for Chapter 14. It is relatively hard to do, as you will have to collect all three Umbran Tears of Blood animals:
- Crow
- Toad
- Cat
Once you have completed this condition for Chapter 14, you will see a bright red marker. This label indicates that you have unlocked the Phenomenal Remnant for Chapter 14 and can start completing it.
Where to Find Halos in Bayonetta 3
As soon as you enter, be prepared for a furious battle. On the other side, the Kraken is waiting for you, and you must defeat it. Although the boss’s attacks are strong and varied, the Kraken movesets are scripted, so it will only be a problem at the start of fighting. The best solution would be to dodge the first time to learn the sequence and types of Kraken attacks. Once you understand everything, start attacking.
Even though Kraken looks intimidating, your battles won’t protract for long. And once you manage to win, you can add the Kraken to your Infernal Demon collection, as well as unlock the unique Cassiopeia weapon. As we said at the very beginning, you must become much more powerful in the later game stages. And having Kraken himself in your henchmen is perhaps the best way to spend time in the game.
Bayonetta 3 is exclusive to Nintendo Switch.
