You must gift three subs to a stream to get the Medic Brigette skin. Make sure you do not gift these anonymously, though, or it will not count toward the skin.

You must have a Twitch account to get the skin, which will also carry over to Overwatch 2 on release. The event begins at 11am PT, and you cannot gift subs before this time, or they will not go toward the skin. The channel must also have the category set to Overwatch for the subs to count. Once you have done this, you will receive a code for the Medic Brigette skin that you must redeem before unlocking the skin.
