Randomazzo is a Relic in Vampire Survivors that permanently unlocks the Arcana, a modifier system that changes the mechanics of a stage run. For instance, the Arcana Game Killer will stop players from gaining XP but instead turn Experience Gems into exploding projectiles. Another example would be Awake, an Arcana that grants 3 Revivals. Randomazzo not only enables this engaging new system of stage modifiers, but it also unlocks a free Arcana called Sarabande of Healing (VI), which doubles healing and deals damage to nearby enemies for every HP restored. Accordingly, Randomazzo is a literal “game changer” to how fans can play Vampire Survivors.
Unlocking Randomazzo In Vampire Survivors
To unlock the Randomazzo Relic in Vampire Survivors, players must first gain access to Gallo Tower, the fourth stage of the game. This level becomes available once players reach Level 60 in the Dairy Plant, the subsequent stage to the Inlaid Library. After entering Gallo Tower, players must explore the far northern side of the stage to find Randomazzo.

If players have obtained the Milky Way Map Relic from the Dairy Plant, they will be able to see Randomazzo’s icon on the in-game map. The Relic’s icon in Vampire Survivors appears as a small deck of cards with the front card printed with a spade. To reach Randomazzo’s position in Gallo Tower, players must travel northward for around 2 to 3 minutes. This trek might take longer if players choose to level up and develop their character along the way.
After reaching the site of Randomazzo in Vampire Survivors, players will initially not be able to see the Relic, as it is held by several enemy mobs circling around the chamber. These enemies do not need to be defeated to pick up the Relic, but they might be a problem for those who attempt to retrieve the item when under-leveled. These enemies have a ranged attack that fires in every direction around the room. The projectiles from this attack will damage and slow players, so be mindful when approaching the Relic. Based on gameplay footage by YouTuber Black Axon, it is possible to scatter the enemy mobs and grab the Randomazzo in Vampire Survivors before they reassemble. However, be sure to survive the incoming attack long enough for this moment to arrive.
