If you are subscribed to the Fortnite Crew, you will get an added boon in the form of a new Back Bling cosmetic called Protocol Pack. This customizable Back Bling allows players to change the color, the effects, and even the banner displayed when equipped.
The Protocol Pack Back Bling will evolve based on the number of Fortnite Crew subscriptions you subscribe to after the cosmetic releases. There are six stages to this Back Bling, and Stage three will allow you to use the Zen Axe Pickaxe from the Back Blin when it’s equipped.
Stage upgrades last for 12 months when you originally received the Protocol Pack Back Bling, so as long as you subscribe to the Fortnite Crew for six months within that 12 months, you’ll receive all stages of the Back Bling and Harvesting Tool. For example, if you purchased the Fortnite Crew for November 2021, you have until October 2022 to fully evolve the Back Bling.
No progress is lost upon pausing your Fortnite Crew. You will carry on from the Stage you have unlocked upon resubscribing. The six stages are detailed below.
