Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0’s Season 1: Reloaded brought four new weapons to the table: M13B Assault Rifle, Chimera Assault Rifle, BAS-P Submachine Gun, and Victus XMR. Previously, we have covered the steps required to acquire M13B and BAS-P. Loaded with the devastating .50 cal round just like its fellow Sniper Rifle Signal 50, here’s how you can unlock the Victus XMR in both COD: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.

Unlock Victus XMR in Warzone 2.0 and Modern Warfare 2

The Victus XMR Sniper Rifle is the High-Value Target (HVT) of the A7 Sector of the Season 1 Battle Pass. With that in mind, you must clear out all four main rewards in the A7 Sector before you can unlock the skin. You will need five Battle Tokens in order to unlock all rewards in one Sector.

The fastest way to access A7 Sector is through A1, A2, and A4 Sectors. You will need in total 15 Battle Tokens to clear the previous three Sectors. Thankfully, you do not need to buy the premium option for the Battle Pass to use the Sniper Rifle since the A7 Sector is one of the free Battle Pass Sectors.

However, according to the words on the street, the Victus XMR could also be unlocked through an in-game Challenge as soon as the upcoming Season 2 Battle Pass launches. Therefore, you need not worry if you still have not acquired the Victus XMR by the end of Season 1 of COD: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0 Battle Pass. You should still have plenty of time and opportunities to do so.

Warzone 2.0 is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
