Upgrading weapons and unlocking new skills aren’t the only way to increase your chances of winning battles, leveling up your Mercenary Unit rank counts too. Here’s how you can do that in In The DioField Chronicle.
How to level up your Mercenary Unit rank in The DioField Chronicle
The Mercenary Unit gains experience when you complete quests. When the bar that surrounds the logo of the Blue Foxes is filled to the max, the Mercenary Unit rank will level up. The highest Mercenary Unit rank is nine.
Throughout the game, you will also be able to upgrade the five badges under it: Shop rank, Magilumic Orb Research rank, Skill Tree rank, Weapon Development rank, and Meal Rank
To unlock each badge, a sub-quest will be submitted, requiring Andrias and his team to enter a battle. Then, each succeeding rank above level one can be upgraded by donating money to the people in charge of them. They will post a sub-quest when an upgrade is ready.
